Our old winery produces wines exclusively from grapes grown on our historic La Bicana, Il Bassonet, Le Gerette and Spiridiona estates. We seek to combine the highest quality with the greatest respect for the environment by farming all 25 hectares of our vineyards with organic methods.

We were among the first producers to be certified, in 1993, and we now boast the greatest possible experience in this field. What is organic farming? It is simply a type of cultivation with techniques that eschew the use of chemically synthesised products and avoids forcing the production of the vines. It also makes maximum possible use of renewable energy sources and seeks to valorise the territorial, environmental and natural resources. Basically, it is an extraordinary way of protecting not only the environment, but especially the fertility of the vineyards and the nutritional value of the grapes.
