This is a cellar door that brings you closer to nature. Sited on top of a knoll, the views are the first thing you notice. Mountains in the background, vines in the foreground and thousands of trees, all planted by owners Ros Squire and Ian Newton – it is a slice of Upper Moutere heaven.

Ros and Ian purchased the property in 1993, and have planted the full aromatic range Nelson is renowned for: Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. There’s also Pinot Noir and Syrah. The vineyard is one of the original organic properties in Nelson, certified since 1997.
