Just arrived – a new member of our ‘Natural Wines’ family.
Single vineyard, natural, low intervention and organic wine of high quality. The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented in open vats on the skins for 10 days. After pressing, the wine is transferred to a clay amphora where it finishes fermentation.
Evolved and generous on the nose, with cassis sweetness, chocolate and wild cherry fruit in the mouth. Eminently drinkable!
