Just arrived – the 2020 vintage. Really amazing – as always!
Incredibly exciting Barbera without added sulphur, even days after opening
totally fresh! Spicy, smoky aromas, animating fruit notes, alternating between sweet and sour cherry – a lot of structure. Well integrated acidity and fine tannins round off the wine.
No sulphites were added in the vineyard or in the cellar.
Demeter = certified biodynamic production.
