It is completely fermented, without fining and without added sulphites.
The wine has a beautiful, violet colour. In scent and taste, it is particularly fresh, elegant and fruity with aromas of cherry and plum, enclosed in fine, soft tannins.
This wine benefits from de-cantering – enjoy it at 16 degrees.
