Tasting notes :
A nice ruby red colour with a clear, brilliant robe.
The nose is intense with notes of spices and garrigue.
In the mouth, an easy-to-drink well balanced wine, showing aromas of stewed fruits with touches of cinnamon and clove
Vinification is used with turbo pigeage to obtain the best colour, aroma and flavour and to acquire a good cellaring potential.
Fermentation for 21 days, long vatting of 6 weeks that allows a coating of the tannins.
