Vinification :
100% traditional, with destemming of the entire harvest. 10 to 12 days temperature controlled maceration (28°C) to preserve fine tannins.
Tasting notes :
Bright purple colour, with garnet hints. L’Insouciante shows aromas of red and dark fruit, supported by a spicy note.
In the mouth a mix of blackberry and fig, highlighted by smooth tannins, proving this wine’s potential.
Late harvest and exceptional quality of the grapes permit to produce this wine without added sulphites.
